In this blog we are going to be writing about Niseko Annupuri International Ski Resort.
It is said that winter in Hokkaido has very high quality snow which attracts snowboarders and skiers every year. This snow quality not only attracts the Japanese; many people from abroad visit Niseko. The snow in Niseko contains very little water and therefore, compared to other ski resorts, has a light and fluffy quality!
As for the Niseko Annupuri International Ski Resort, it has 13 separated courses. Expert and intermediate skiers should try the ‘Champion Course and ‘Diamond Course’, while beginners should head to the slippery ‘Family Course’ and ‘Panorama Course’. With a vast range of diverse courses, everybody can enjoy the ski resort! There is also a section called ‘Kids Land Annupuri’ where children can play and slide in the snow; a perfect spot to spend nice family time together.
Tmark City staff especially recommend the ‘Family Course’, while you ski, you can view a fantastic panorama of Annupuri and watch the beautiful sun set. Watching the sunset from the snowy mountains will leave you breathless!
Heading to Niseko from Sapporo can be a great day trip; you should definitely go and try the amazing powder snow there!
